After managing the City Club of Lake Charles for over 10 years, Mazen branched out and opened his first restaurant in 1995. What started as a small building on Enterprise Boulevard turned out to be Lake Charles’ premier restaurant for fresh seafood and gourmet steaks.
He brings a personal touch to every dish he makes and can often be found visiting with his guests. Mazen has created a unique dining experience — one that we invite you to savor.
